A welcoming space to connect, learn, and take action together.

Meetings

Get into Action!

Join the Movement

We meet on Zoom every Friday from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the months leading up to Florida’s legislative session.

These calls are open to families, caregivers, self-advocates, providers, and allies from across the state.

You do not need to speak or have anything prepared.

Just come as you are.

Each meeting is a space to hear updates, ask questions, learn how to take action, and feel supported by people who understand what you are going through.

We understand that families cannot always attend live.

That is completely okay.

All meetings are recorded and shared afterward so you can listen when it works for you.

The schedule may shift slightly each year depending on when session begins.

Once the dates are confirmed, we will post the full meeting calendar.

"Real Talk" Meeting Series

During Florida’s legislative session, join us each week for Real Talk, an open conversation focused on disability-related issues moving through the legislature. We will review what happened that week, discuss what it could mean for families, and take questions. This is a space to stay informed, ask questions, and better understand the process. It is not a debate or advocacy training. This is an opportunity to learn, listen, and stay connected throughout session.

Stay Connected Between Meetings

We know it is not always possible to attend every Friday call.

That is why we created a space where families, caregivers, and advocates can stay connected throughout the week.

Our Facebook group is a supportive place to ask questions, share updates, and keep up with what is happening, even if you cannot join every Zoom. Whether you are brand new or have been with us since the beginning, you are welcome here.
